All of our beef is locally raised and finished on a grain and hay mix.

No hormones or Antibiotics!

We don't charge by the hanging weight. You only pay for the meat you get!

Price includes processing!

Quarter beef is around 100-125lbs of finished meats. They come as standardized cuts so you get a little of everything. $12/lb
